I've recently been asked by friends and family about my business name. It took a long time to decide on it and there were MANY versions before I settled, but I always knew I wanted the word "radiant" in the title.
Before I decided on a business name, a brand, or even a logo, I first asked myself "What is a healthy person and what do they look like?" I wanted this goal in mind as I started to work with clients but this is hard to define!
Healthy people come in all shapes and sizes and encompass many qualities but what I think they all have in common is the intangible quality of radiance. Do you know what I mean? I'm sure as soon as you read this, someone you know came to mind. They have that quality of inner health and beauty that literally radiates from the inside out. They are balanced, vibrant and glowing. It's something you're aware of but it's also hard to describe. The best part of knowing someone like this, is that their radiance seems to be infectious. Their health and beauty is their presence and for some unknown reason, being around them also nudges you to look for the most radiant version of yourself.
If you have never experienced this, I encourage you to look for this kind of energy the next time you're around a person that "feels" healthy. I also hope that one day, your friends and family will use this adjective to describe you. If you're reading this and "radiant" is the last adjective a loved one would use to describe you, know that you don't have to exist in that place. I believe that we were all created to be radiant and that the beauty that we are searching for comes from the radiance on the inside when you figure out how to be the very best version of yourself.
